Order Processing

All items are made to order and fulfilled through our printing partner, Printful. Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. During peak seasons, holidays, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves the fulfillment facility.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after fulfillment:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• Canada: 5–10 business days

• International: 7–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.

Multiple Items

Because our products are printed and shipped from different fulfillment facilities, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at jeremy@runningdad.com and we’ll help resolve the issue.

International Orders & Customs

International customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
